Built around how freelance income actually behaves
Coursewick Prime exists to give independent earners the same calibre of financial tooling that's long been reserved for salaried employees and large firms — without the fees that usually come attached.
Why we started Coursewick Prime
Freelance and contract income rarely arrives on a predictable schedule, yet most financial products are still designed around monthly payslips. We built Coursewick Prime to close that gap — using automated data analysis to make sense of irregular income, and removing the execution fees that erode it.
What began as a simple idea — that variable earners deserve clearer, cheaper tools — has grown into a platform focused on practical reporting, straightforward execution, and a product that doesn't ask freelancers to adapt their work to fit someone else's system.
Clarity and fairness, applied to variable income
Everything we build is measured against one question: does this make irregular income easier to understand and act on, without adding cost?
Plain reporting
We favour straightforward summaries over dense dashboards, so decisions don't require a finance background.
Zero-fee execution
We believe the cost of moving or managing your own money shouldn't scale with how often your income arrives.
Built for freelancers
Our tools are shaped around project-based and seasonal earning patterns, not a fixed monthly salary.
The principles behind our team
Coursewick Prime is run by people with backgrounds in data analysis, financial tooling, and independent work — organised around a few shared commitments rather than rigid hierarchy.
Data-first decisions
Every feature starts from a question about freelance cash flow, then gets tested against real-world data before it ships.
Transparent by default
We explain how our analysis works and what it's based on, rather than presenting conclusions as a black box.
Long-term accountability
We treat the platform as something to be maintained and improved over time, not a one-off release.
